Description from the program:

Partners have told us that the bottom-line growth of their company is directly related to the investment in building partner-to-partner relationships. If your primary business centers around selling and deploying Microsoft products, then partners HAVE to make the investment to grow your company by working with others. This session describes the Partnering Maturity Model, a framework of 10 business functions and four maturity levels that describe how channel partners can create successful and repeatable working partnerships with other channel partners. Partnering, by definition, is about collaboration or working together. Too often, channel partners associated with large software and hardware vendors use an ad hoc, opportunistic approach to working together. The Partnering Maturity Model establishes what must be considered when two or more organizations look to partner on a deal, a campaign or a business.
