Our concept for IT operations is based on delivering IT as a service from our data center. Our clients get a solid and competitive monthly fee. Our Service Desk is to support users and act SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and give a solution degree of 80-95% which leaves only a small part of the ongoing problems left to solve on the spot by our customers or staff.
 
What all of our customers have in common is that they want to optimize their IT budget and increase the level of maturity in their IT infrastructure. Our concept for IT operations based on a lot of the work performed by our Support Center to a solid and competitive monthly fee. 
 
Through prevention and structured work continuously documented we give the customer a stable and productive IT environment at a predictable and low cost. 
 
The story of Idenet
 
Specialists in IT and Support

In 1992, PC market grow strong in Sweden and the company originally called the International Development Europe was founded with the ambition to offer consulting services in development. After a few years we broadened our operations to network consultants and it was a great success. Towards the end of the 90s there was a strategic decision to work with operational services, which in those days meant Service Desk and operating at customer sites.

 

Pioneers in hosting services

In the early 00s we introduced Managed Services, where we were able to reduce the dependence of people on site with customers, and instead we took care of their servers and PCs remotely. This was extremely successful and led to the launch of the Web Hosting business.
 
Assortment
Skills-wise, we are 100% focused on technology from Microsoft where we have very good cooperation both locally in Sweden and with Microsoft in the U.S. All our employees have years of experience and are certified on the products and technologies we work with. Idenet are active members of the association IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) both nationally and internationally. The association have nearly 4000 members in 40 countries with emphasis on North America and Europe. All members are specialists in a few areas and all have pledged to observe the association's ethical code. This gives us an extensive network of cooperation and a good geographical coverage that we use frequently.


We are proud to come before the multinational IBM as well as before all the local Scandinavian suppliers in hosting - or Enterprise Cloud, which we now call it.
 
Milestones
In 2009 we won the Microsoft Partner-of-the-Year in fierce competition with 50,000 partners and a record of 2000 entries.
In 2010 we won the Swedish government's confidence in the Administrative Services Agency's (Kammarkollegiet)  procurement which means we now have contracts with virtually the entire public sector in Sweden. In addition Idenet was ranked best in Sweden for hosting the public sector!
In 2011 we changed our name from IDE to Idenet.

Idenet create the highest customer satisfaction and business value by providing IT as a service to customers with high standards based on technology from Microsoft.
 
Today and tomorrow
Now we have clients all over Northern Europe and the United States. Our customers' users work in offices all over the world to our data center. This proves that our operational concepts cloud services from central data centers, combined with highly skilled Service Desk works very well.
 
Today we offer a combination of private cloud (Enterprise Cloud) and a highly skilled Service Desk who speaks Swedish, Finnish and English.

Idenet have good growth and is highly involved in the transformation which are taking place against a centralized operation in the cloud.
